Gioia Premium Carburi Estate is an Extra Virgin Greek Olive Oil made in Corfu Island from a local variety of olives called 'Lianolia Kerkyras'. This special variety, together with the traditional elaboration system that the Carburi Family applies in its production, gives it an extraordinary quality. We collect the olives in the last days of October in the traditional way, and all the process is totally manual, as well as the elaboration of the final product.
This superb olive oil has a slightly bitter and spicy taste, and it's recommended to be consumed as a dressing on salads, fish and vegetables, and you can also use it for frying or roasting in the oven.
It comes with a natural wooden gift box.
